Noise next room to me. Alarm went off every 30 minutes.

Also, no hair dryer in room. Charged me extra for parking and use of internet.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport that is great value and good quality then this hotel fits the bill. But if you are a tourist looking to see LA this is not the place for you.

The bed/room was nice.

When I showered, there was no hot water. Unacceptable!

In general, the hotel is okay. However, four star hotels should not run out of hot water at 10AM. That's unacceptable.
